COVID-19 Update

Update Monday 12th April 2021

To all our customers. We are back and OPEN !!

We are not operating appointments , simply pop into store for a visit. If the shops get too busy we may ask customers to queue outside but will decide this on a day to day basis.

SHOPS - Our warehouse in Taffs Well is open from 10am til 4pm Monday to Friday . Our 3 shops in Wellfield rd , Caerphilly & Penarth are back open to the public and will be open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday.  

FITTING - We can still supply & fit carpets as normal. The fitters will be wearing masks and will comply with our safe fitting procedures for working in customers homes.

MEASURING - We are available for home measuring under the current guidelines. Our measuring teams will follow the same safety guidelines we have been following all year as standard. Please phone us to discuss and to book appointments.

DELIVERIES - We are still receiveing deliveries as normal.
