We set up Qualitycarpetsdirect in 2008 to service  the rising demand in online carpet sales.

We are large independent family owned retailer based in south Wales trading very successfully for over 30 years.

Over this time through our store we’ve built a great regional reputation for low prices and a high quality personal service, something you can’t get from the large carpet stores.We belive we can bring you a better service at a far reduced price than your local retailers(on average 30% cheaper).

As we already have a large retail premises and warehousing operation with low overheads and very large buying power , we can supply direct to the public without the high cost of high street rent and rates. Therefore passing these savings on to you in the form of extremely low prices. Many of the carpets on our site are in stock in our warehouse ready for delivery, some we may have to order from the suppliers direct which will in most cases only add a few days to the delivery.

 We try to keep that same family feel in our online store by always being available to talk at any time.We have a no pressure sales policy and are ready to give you honest expert advice whenever you need it. Our phone lines are constantly manned by our expert and very friendly team who will deal with your queries.
